Fitness Center
For the enjoyment of your staff, we provide a fitness center on the P-1 level for the exclusive use of our tenants at 4040 North Fairfax Drive and their employees.
This facility provides cardio and strength training equipment, men’s and women’s showers and locker rooms. The exercise equipment is available for your use at all times. For your comfort, the HVAC operating hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Friday.
Prior to facility use, we ask that those who intend to use the facility submit a signed individual waiver. Click here to download these forms or contact the Tenant Services Coordinator. Once waivers are signed and returned to the Tenant Services Coordinator, your access card will be authorized for access to the facility. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the facility, you may contact your Property Manager.
